Job Description

    Hi Candidates ,We are looking for Telesales Executive.Department: Loan / Financial Services Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a confident and results-driven Tele-caller to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and supporting the loan application process. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to meet daily calling and conversion targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding loan products.
    • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly and professionally.
    • Generate and follow up on loan leads to achieve sales and conversion targets.
    • Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the system.
    • Coordinate with the loan processing and credit teams for smooth application handling.
    • Address customer queries and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • High school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
    • Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or loan/financial services is preferred.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Professional attitude and customer-oriented approach.
    Preferred Attributes
    • Experience or Fresher in personal loans, home loans, business loans, or credit cards.
    • Multilingual communication skills.
    • Good listening and negotiation abilities.
