Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Follow up with and make outbound calls to the leads allocated.
    • Assist in scheduling site visits by engaging with leads.
    • Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM software.
    • Handle documentation and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably within the hospitality sector.
    • Strong CRM skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
