Job Description

    • Good Communication Skill in English (Written & Verbal) with Pleasant Personality.
    • Good customer relation skill. (Minimum 2year Relevant Experience)
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Greeting Visitors, Welcoming & Directing them appropriately.
    • Make outbound calls to generate leads, and follow up with incoming leads.
    • Explain offers to potential clients,
    • Set up meetings for the sales team
    • Provide solutions to customers
    • Maintain customer relationships
    • Document customer feedback
    • Provide updates on the customer pipeline
    • Submit reports and updates
    • Present project specifications to customers
    • Knowledge of MS Office.
