    telesales associate insurance (health, motor & life)location:nyati enthral, sr. no. 12/1a,mundhwa-kharadi bypass, kharadi south main road,kharadi, pune, maharashtra 411014work mode: work from officenature of account: domesticline of business (lob): health, motor & life insurancejob summary:we are hiring telesales associates to promote and sell insurance products (health, motor & life) via outbound calls. ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in english and hindi, and a passion for sales. freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.key responsibilities:make outbound calls to prospective leads and pitch suitable insurance products.understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.maintain high levels of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.follow up with interested customers and ensure conversion.meet sales targets and adhere to compliance guidelines.required skills:excellent communication in english and hindi (no mti/rti, grammatical or pronunciation errors).strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.sales acumen and customer-focused mindset.ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.qualifications & experience:education: graduate from any field (mandatory).experience: open to both freshers and experienced candidates.preferred: prior experience in insurance or telesales.salary:freshers: up to 25,000 ctcexperienced candidates: up to 35,000 ctc (based on last drawn salary)work schedule:shift: rotational shiftsfemale employees: day shift (up to 8 pm)male employees: rotational shiftwork days: 6 days a week
