Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.
    • Handle inbound calls from customers with sales inquiries.
    • Explain product features and benefits convincingly.
    • Achieve and exceed predefined sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Provide high-quality customer service and follow up on sales leads.
    • Update customer information in the customer database.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelors degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in telemarketing or similar sales roles.
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
