Territory Service Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:
• Lead and manage a team of service engineers within the assigned territory, providing direction and support to ensure high performance.
Service Operations:
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT and MRI machines.
• Ensure timely, accurate service delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Manage service contracts, warranties, and maintenance agreements to maximize operational efficiency.
Customer Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Technical Expertise:
• Stay current on the latest advancements in medical diagnostic imaging technology.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the service team.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in service management within the medical diagnostic imaging industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical diagnostic imaging equipment (CT, MRI).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
Work Environment:
• Frequent travel within the designated territory is required.
• The role involves working in healthcare settings, such as hospitals and clinics, requiring adherence to health and safety protocols.
