Job Description

    You are a skilled Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience, joining a team in a hybrid work model. Your expertise lies in automated and manual testing, data migration, and AWS IoT. Additionally, experience in data models, cheminformatics, R&D, and preclinical & clinical domains is beneficial. Your role involves ensuring software quality and reliability, contributing to impactful projects that advance the companys mission.Your key responsibilities will include:- Conducting comprehensive automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.- Performing manual testing to identify and resolve defects in software applications.- Overseeing data migration processes to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.- Utilizing AWS IoT to enhance testing processes and improve system performance.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Developing and executing test plans and test cases based on project specifications.- Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.- Identifying and implementing improvements in testing methodologies and processes.- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.- Providing support and guidance to team members on testing-related tasks.- Contributing to the development of testing strategies for new projects.- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.- Supporting the companys mission by ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions.Qualifications required for this role:- Possessing strong expertise in automated testing and manual testing methodologies.- Demonstrating proficiency in data migration techniques and tools.- Having experience working with AWS IoT to enhance testing capabilities.- Showing familiarity with data models and their application in testing scenarios.- Experience in cheminformatics and R&D is considered an advantage.- Understanding of preclinical and clinical domains is a nice to have.Additionally, the certifications required for this role are:- ISTQB Certified Tester- AWS Certified Solutions Architect,
