Test Automation ArchitectPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement test automation strategies that align with our project goals, ensuring high-quality software delivery.Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 15 years in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 12 years of hands-on experience in test automation, particularly with Tricentis Tosca.
• Framework Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Testing Knowledge: Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation, such as Selenium, Java, C#, or Python.
• Agile Proficiency: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a history of working within Agile development teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams.
• Certification: Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is required.
