Job Description

    Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Regional Programmatic Trader with mandatory hands-on expertise in The Trade Desk (TTD) to manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of overall experience, strong technical skills in DSP operations, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Campaign Setup & Execution:
      • Implement programmatic campaigns based on strategic direction from the Regional Director.
      • Set up campaigns in The Trade Desk (mandatory) and other DSPs, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, and creative trafficking.
    • Optimization & Performance Management:
      • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting in real-time to achieve KPIs.
      • Apply data-driven insights to improve delivery and efficiency across campaigns.
    • Reporting & Analysis:
      • Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
      • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
    • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
      • Identify delivery issues, discrepancies, or pacing challenges and resolve them promptly.
      • Ensure proper implementation of tags, pixels, and verification tools in collaboration with ad ops and tech teams.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 5-8 years of experience in programmatic trading or digital media buying.
    • Mandatory hands-on experience with The Trade Desk (TTD); familiarity with DV360, Adform, Xandr, or Amazon DSP is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bid strategies, and programmatic KPIs (CTR, CPA, VTR, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of brand safety and ad verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, Nielsen).
    • Familiarity with DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) and data-driven targeting strategies.
    • Certification in TTD or other DSP platforms is highly desirable.
