Job Description

    Job Title:Training Manager Location:Pune Industry:Insurance Working Days:6 days/week Experience:10 years total Certifications:Sigma Certification (Six Sigma) Industry Experience:BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)We are looking for an experiencedTraining Managerto lead our training initiatives in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing training programs and a total of 10 years in the industry, with a strong focus on analytical skills and a proven track record of working with new projects.Key Responsibilities:
    • Training Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development in the insurance sector.
    • Project Leadership: Lead training initiatives for new projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new teams and processes.
    • Process Improvement: Analyze training metrics and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Team Leadership & Coaching: Supervise and mentor the training team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Compliance & Standards: Ensure that training programs meet industry regulations and company policies, especially in the BFSI space.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to assess training needs and align programs with business goals.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience: 10 years of total experience in training and development, with at least 2 years as aTraining Managerin the BFSI industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
      • Experience in handling new projects, from conceptualization to execution.
      • Sigma Certification (Six Sigma) is a must.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the BFSI sector, specifically in insurance, with a deep understanding of its processes and compliance requirements.
