    • Review and finalize Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation reports.
    • Identify international transactions and compute Arms Length Price (ALP), select appropriate methods, and prepare TP study reports.
    • Execute comprehensive TP assignments including benchmarking studies for multinational clients.
    • Manage and mentor a team of Associates and Interns.
    • Assist clients with transfer pricing planning and strategic initiatives.
    • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and leveraging referrals.
    • Conduct economic and comparability analysis using Indian and global databases.
    • Prepare and review technical submissions for assessments and appellate matters.
    • Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate forums.
    • Oversee complete execution of client engagements.
    • Coordinate with peers and leaders on planning and managing assignments.
    • Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that exceeds client expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate across service lines (Tax, Assurance, etc.) and geographies.
    Profile Requirements:Qualifications:
    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 57 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing.
    Skill Set:
    • Critical and innovative thinking with strong project management abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
    • In-depth commercial and economic acumen with an understanding of global financial markets.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and report writing skills.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office tools.
    • Client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
    • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach.
    • Ownership and accountability for client deliverables and team performance.
    Subject Matter Expertise:
    • Solid understanding of Indian and international Transfer Pricing regulations.
    • Familiarity with OECD TP Guidelines and regulations of developed countries.
    • Ability to explain complex financial and economic transactions clearly and concisely.
