Job Description

    UAT Testing HCM_Full-Time_PuneJob Tittle: UAT Testing HCMJob Type: Full-TimeExp: 5yrsLocation: PuneJOB DESCRIPTION :This role is responsible for participating in User Acceptance Testing UAT activities to ensure software applications meet business requirements and quality standards The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and strong analytical abilities The candidate will work collaboratively with various groups team members and stakeholders to deliver high quality testing processes and resultsBachelors degree in computer science CIS or related field and five 5 years of experience in Technology development engineeringTwo 2 years of experience in software testing quality assurance or a related fieldThree 3 years of comprehensive UATSIT testing experience of Oracle HCM configurations customizations identifying and resolving issues before system goliveStrong understanding of UAT processes methodologies and best practicesThree 3 years of experience working in Agile Scrum environmentsThree 3 years of experience with automated testing tools and test management tools eg JIRA HP ALM etcThree 3 years experience with working on projects involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles eg SDLCExpertise in translating functional and nonfunctional requirements into test cases test scripts and reviewing functional technical design document specificationsTwo 2 years of participation in defect triage calls working with business users on defect assignment tracking issue resolution and successful closure of UAT defectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a good understanding of UAT methodologies and business processesProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external internal project partners ensuring adherence to standards and best practicesThree 3 years of experience with Oracles product releases patches and new features ensuring the system is up to date and optimizedCertification in software testing eg ISTQB CSTE is a plusStrong analytical and problem solving skillsIf you are interested, please share your updated resume along with the following details for the next steps:# Your full name ( First : Middle : Last ) ( All expanded ):# Present Employer Name & Work Location:# Permanent / Contract Employee:# Current Location:# Preferred Location (Bangalore/Pune/Navi Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai):# Highest Qualification (University Name and Passing year):# Total experience:# Current CTC and take home:# Expected CTC and take home:# Official Notice Period:# Are you serving notice period if yes then mention LWD (Last Working Day):# Any offer you are holding (if yes please share the offer amount):
