Job Description

    UNIX,SQL,Billing [IT Operations]Exp- 3 to 7 yrsLocation- PuneNp- 15days to ImmediateThe IT Operations Engineer supports in the delivery of tasks and activities that manage customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Client IT products and services in line with Customer Services Management strategy.The IT Operations Engineer conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures regarding administrating and maintaining assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and some vendor management, through the delivery of defined activities.Typically reports to the Senior IT Operations Team Leader.Must have:- Min 3 years of Strong Telecom Domain Knowledge is must- At least 1 years of hands expertise in GENEVA IRB/RBM or Any other Billing product knowledge (Billing System).- Well-versed in ITIL standards for delivery of services- Working knowledge in Remedy or similar ticketing tool.- Hands on experience on Unix & Linux Operating Systems, Shell Scripting and SQL, PL/SQL.
