Key responsibilities include:
    • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, inspecting work quality, and providing training and guidance as needed.
    • Quality Control: Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, adhering to established standards and protocols.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as necessary.
    • Safety and Sanitation: Enforce staff compliance with established safety and sanitation policies, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Performance Evaluation: Analyze team member performance, using evaluations for promotion decisions and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer requests and resolving issues promptly.
    • Recruitment and Hiring: Screen job applicants and hire new employees for the housekeeping department.
