• Analyze market trends, competition, and performance metrics to optimize business strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the agency vertical in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing agents in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of the insurance market and local dynamics.
• Proficiency in the local language is a must (Hindi, Kannada, Bengali, etc., depending on location).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
