Job Description

    Job Title: Voice & Chat Process ExecutiveLocation:Pune Viman nagarJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, KannadVoice & Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience through both voice calls and chat support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malayalam, Kannadand English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannadand English. Respond to customer queries via chat with accuracy and professionalism. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient communication. Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issue resolution. Document all interactions in the CRM system. Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannad(spoken & written). Prior experience in voice and chat support is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent typing speed and accuracy for chat process. Customer-focused mindset with good listening skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in BPO/Customer Support/Technical Support is an advantage. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.Benefits:Training and career growth opportunities.
