Job Description

Position: HR GeneralistExperience: 12 YearsLocation: Talawade, PuneEmployment Type: Full-TimeGender: MaleJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling blue-collar employees/workforce and should be well-versed in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, attendance management, employee engagement, and general HR activities.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.Manage and handle blue-collar employees/workforce effectively.Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, especially for blue-collar positions.Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.Monitor employee attendance and leave records.Handle employee grievances and resolve day-to-day workforce-related issues.Assist in employee engagement and employee welfare activities.Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation.Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.Support performance management and other HR processes as required.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.Hands-on experience in handling blue-collar employees/workforce is mandatory.Good knowledge of HR operations and basic HR practices.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
