Job Description

    The International Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow Nalika Industries global customer base for precision steel tubes. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing international marketing campaigns, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and identifying new markets, segments, and distribution channels. The role involves managing relationships with overseas clients and agents, supporting sales activities with targeted marketing materials, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to align marketing plans with operational capabilities. The International Marketing Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to ensure sustainable growth in key export markets.QualificationsStrong skills in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience in International Marketing and broader Marketing activities, particularly in industrial or B2B environments.Proven capability in Sales support and collaboration with sales teams to achieve revenue and volume targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with global customers and partners.Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field; engineering or industrial background is an advantage.Experience in steel, metals, or manufacturing sectors, with familiarity with export processes and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Pune, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to diverse cultural and business contexts.Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools; additional language skills beyond English are beneficial..Executive Talent Acquisition Team,AHS Corporate Services Pvt.
