Job Description

    Responsibility:Maintain the Excel sheet for new orders,Process order labels as per the dispatched schedule before 12 pm.Segregate the orders as per dispatch date. Send dispatch list twice a day over mail.Website and Self-Ship orders booking and confirm the shipments on the dashboard.Maintain monthly Excel sheet for customer complaints && reverse pick up materials. Make bookings and process the corresponding materials.Maintain the Excel sheet of SK returns with all the information.Update on the Evonik portal with customer reason.Send inspection photos of SK return materials to Jeet sir.Make a challan for daily dispatches and submit it to the account departmentMaintain inventory of the Delhi warehouse daily.website order booking. Send the booking shipping label and invoice by mail to the Delhi warehouse team. Also, inform them of processed booking orders.Coordinate with courier partners for pick-up materials.Recheck the manifest at the time of materials loading.Take follow-up for inspection, and photos of return materials for the Delhi warehouse.Arrange transport from one unit to another unit as per the dispatch schedule.Book parcel delivery as per the requirement
