Job Description

    Hi,Urgent | Job Opening for Retail Sales Executive for Luxury Brands in Bangalore, Hyderabad & Mumbai Retail Experiencewith Luxury BrandsPositions:
    • Retail Sales Exe - Package up to 4Lacs
    • Product Specialist- Package up to 6Lacs
    • Store Manager- Package up to 8Lacs
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Greet and direct customers
    • Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services)
    • Answer customers questions about specific products/services.
    • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
    • Cross-sell products
    • Ensure racks are fully stocked
    • Manage returns of merchandise
    • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
    • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
    • Provide customer feedback to the store Manager
    • Stay up to date with new products/services
    Retail Sales:
    • Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customers requirement
    • Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision
    • Prepare the estimate of the products selected and completing the sales transaction
    • Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated
    Important should have:

    • Sales/ retail experience
