    1. Education: A Graduate or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the frozen food industry, with a strongunderstanding of Frozen Sweet Corn, Frozen Cut Vegetables, and Frozen Fruits3. Market Research Skills: Proven ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identifyopportunities and trends.4. Networking Abilities: Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing relationships with keystakeholders across various cities in India.5. Travel Enthusiast: Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively across India for sales pitchesand client meetings.6. HORECA Experience: Experience in the HORECA sector is a strong advantage.7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability toeffectively present products and negotiate deals.8. Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a results-oriented mindset.
    Key Responsibilities:1. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities, markettrends, and potential customers in the frozen food industry.2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets andexpand the company market share in different regions.3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, includingdistributors, retailers, and clients in the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) sector.4. Travel: Actively travel across India to pitch products, meet potential clients, and establish a strongmarket presence in different cities.5. Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotionalmaterials, advertisements, and campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of thecompanys frozen food products.6. Pricing Strategies: Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies that align with marketdemands and company objectives.7. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights on market trends,customer feedback, and sales performance.8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, andensuring customer satisfaction.Preferred Attributes:1.
