The candidate will be responsible for driving home loan business, generating new customer leads, developing strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the Home Loan market, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop business through direct sales, references, connectors, and other relevant channels.Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business for Home Loan products through various sales channels.
• Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, connectors, and local market activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure proper collection and submission of customer documents.
• Maintain regular follow-up on login, approval, sanction, and disbursement cases.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, builders, brokers, and other referral sources.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the loan process.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, daily activity reports, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 16 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance.
• Candidates with experience in NBFC, Housing Finance, or Banking will be preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for business development.
• Candidates should be up to 33 years of age.
