    Urgently Hiring Branch Manager For Leading Life Insurance Company -PuneDesignation - Branch Manager - Agency ChannelLocation - PuneSalary - Upto 10 LacsPreferred candidate profileA graduate should have a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.Candidates should be from Life Insurance, Agency channel with average stability of 3 years.Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizationsRole & responsibilities1. Revenue targets of the unit2. Productivity of the unit3. Adherence to Customer service standards4. Achieve revenue targets5. Supervise the activity plan of Sales6. Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the companys rules and regulations7. Identify, interview and select new Sales Managers from natural market and by networking8. Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers9. Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for Sales Managers10. Ensure retention of Sales Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis11.
