Job Description

    1. Proven 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment.
    2. Healthcare Recruiter will provide support for system-wide needs related to general recruitment, including and not limited to allied health, nursing, labs, hard to recruit administrative and operations positions.
    3. Under direction, this Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring quality candidates are hired within specified recruiting goals by partnering with hiring managers to understand, develop, and implement specific recruiting strategies and processes related to scope of work.
    4. Conducts the recruitment sourcing process for to allied health, nursing, social work, labs, hard to recruit administrative and operations positions like clinical case managers, psychiatrists, mental health practitioners, nurse practitioners, etc.
    5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    6. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals.
    7. Familiarity with compliance standards and healthcare staffing requirements.
