Job Description

To manage a large and diverse team of KYC / Correspondent Banking Analysts and Team Leaders working towards pre-defined targets
Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance with procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets, and manage personal development goals for the agents.
Assist the VP in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.

Expert working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint skills
Demonstrate experience in process management and people leadership (preferred)
Working knowledge of Screening Systems and Procedures
Aptitude to work in a variable business environment, periodically requiring tight deadlines and aggressive turn-around times
Self-starter and Self-motivated player able to define, structure, and prioritize work for self (and the team as may be applicable), but also has the flexibility to change priorities as circumstances dictate
Ability to assimilate new information and quickly adapt to the new environment
Ability to work with people in different geographies
