Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Create and execute sales strategies to drive EV adoption in both consumer and commercial markets.Adapt plans based on market conditions, trends, and competitor activity.Revenue Growth & Market Penetration:Lead efforts to meet sales targets, identify new markets, and expand the customer base, including fleet operators, dealerships, individual consumers, and government entities.Dealer & Distributor Appointment: Develop and implement strategies to appoint and manage dealers and distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.Sales Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and resources for success. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and maximizing lifetime value. Marketing Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent sales messaging, promotional campaigns, and effective lead generation. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies, product offerings, and overall business objectives. Sales Performance & Analytics: Set sales goals and KPIs, using data to track performance, adjust strategies, and ensure alignment with company targets.Industry Leadership & Advocacy: Position the company as a thought leader in the EV industry, participating in industry events and staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred). Experience: 10-15 years of sales leadership, with at least 5 years in the EV or automotive sector. Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and data analytics. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, visionary, with a passion for sustainable mobility. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and focus on operational excellence.
