Job Description

    Job DescriptionLocation: Pune Dhanori Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll Opportunity Experience: 14 Years (BFSI / Insurance Preferred)About the RoleWe are hiring a VRM for a leading Life Insurance company. In this role, you will work closely with the Banks Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) team.
    • VRM will generate 3-4 qualified leads daily from existing bank customers and share them with you.
    • Your responsibility will be to personally meet these leads, present BSLI products, and drive conversions.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate with Bank VRM to receive and follow up on daily leads.
    • Promote and sell BSLI products by understanding customer needs.
    • Build & nurture strong relationships with VRM Telecallers to maximize lead flow.
    • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Maintain sales trackers and share regular updates with the team.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduation is mandatory.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance / Health Insurance / BFSI / Banking sales.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Confident in handling customer queries and objections.
    • Age: Up to 32 years (preferred).
    • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
