Job Description

    Job Profile: Voice Process Inbound - IROOpenings: 25Location: Pune
    • Need HSC/Graduates with fluent English communication skills (Must be at least 8 out of 10).
    • Age limit: 18 32
    • Need to handle inbound calls.
    • Need to handle queries of customer and provide information.
    • Good spoken and written language skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
    • Well-groomed personality with positive attitude.
    • Candidates should be ready to work in rotational shifts
    • Undergraduate/ Graduate (any).
    • Easy customer service process
    • No sales target
    Shifts: Female: 7 AM- 9 PM, Male-24*7CTC :Full Time 18,631/ per month 14500 In handOT: 150 per hour
