Job Description

    Qualification ITI Welding / Diploma Mech / ProductionExperience required 3 years and aboveEssential Skills 1.Hands on experience in GTAW welding, Laser welding and welding automation. Candidate should be able to do welding with automation setup independently.2. Familiar with welding metallurgies like SS 316 , Hastelloy, Ni alloys.3.Knowledge of working of welding machines, Argon plus Hydrogen gas flow systems, He leak testing, welding torches, ceramics, nozzles, tungsten sharpeners and automation systems.Desired skills 1.Candidates having experience of welding automation in clean room environment (10K class) will be preferred.2. Candidates with knowledge of cleaning processes and handling, maintaining ultrasonically clean parts during welding will be preferred. 3. Knowledge of cutting, polishing and etching of welded metal specimens4. Handling of microscopes for weld geometry evaluations.Preferred Industries Aerospace , Pressure vessel, Piping , Oil and Gas, Precision Welding etc.
