• Represents the global process vision as part of the LEAN solution
• Clarifies specific aspects of the Merck business practices where local business requirements need to be globalized
• Drives harmonization based on best practice and follows guidelines of the lean template and Clean Core FREE LEAN
• Advises product Business Stream Lead on Processes, Technology and Best Practices
• Defines the To-Be organizational structure
• Guarantees the process exhaustivity to cover the business needs
• Defines the Operational flows when processes are depending on physical layout
• Defines jointly with the Process & Product Owners the business processes and functional requirements/ user stories.
• Works closely with and is advised by functional process consultant and solution designer
• Works jointly with the Implementation Team on problem definition & analysis and definition of solution scope based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Contributes to FMEA, Provides input on functional aspects, business priorities and user stories
• Manages the IT change control process (Business Process and ERP), modeling deviations (localizations) and running reports, process list per LE. Gathering approvals from BPM Governance and Business Process Owners
• Manages the global authorizations: Business & Functional roles / Auth Specs / SoD
• Guides the testing setup (scenarios, tests cases and tests sets) to minimize effort and guarantee coverage & quality.
• Controls the global training documentation
• Manages the global SOPs and Audit trails requirements
• Supports Business Alignment Workshops
• Updates the data classification for their stream
• Is consulted for change impact assessment and intervention planning, as well as cutover plan
• Brings a vision for innovative processes, balanced against elegant/ simple design
• Is responsible for the control of the system operations and results obtained (outputs) in terms of compliance with expected needs and quality standards of the LEAN program
• Owns User stories and is first contact for clarifications / escalations
• Defines Product features, answers questions on required functionality
• Responsible for preparing User Stories for the Sprint Planning (e.g. writing, level of detail, prioritization) in close collaboration with the Business and IT Stream lead.
• Prioritizes product backlog items in close alignment with Business and IT Stream Lead depending on their business need

Scope of the mission:

• Represents HC-PL2P-QM in:
  • LEAN commercial deployment preparation project in USA/Canada
  • LEAN CMO new plant Project in Northern Ireland
  • LEAN QM Change Requests follow-up and delivery

Required skills:From the candidate:

• Very good English written and verbal communication
• Senior SAP S/4 Hana QM Consultant
• 9 years of experience
• Experience with SAP satellite systems and interfaces (e.g., LIMS)
• Experience with BTP is a plus
• GxP Multicultural environment
• Pharma experience is a plus
• Demonstrating mission ownership, with self-leading and pro-active behaviors
