• Produce and deliver architecture related solutions including applications and tools, configurations, security, and setup procedures.
• Experience in design and implement of end-to-end data pipelines using Azure and Databricks.
• Experience in designing and optimizing clusters and workflows.
• Experience in implementing Data governance & Data quality management.
• In collaboration with Enterprise Architects and other interested parties (Cybersecurity, BT Operation and business representatives), prepare architecture proposals to address business demands and requirements.
• Develop solution prototypes, proofs of concepts, and conduct pilot projects in support of business initiatives by designing interfaces between existing and new systems in the application portfolio.
• Stay abreast of the data-related technology; be aware of the industry and market trends. Analyse and recommend the technologies to further advance business software applications -related capabilities to meet business objectives and strategies.
• Actively participate in architecture design reviews, and design consolidation and optimization to further progress the development of the integrated model.
• Define and drive adoption of architecture patterns and techniques in order to deliver scalable and reusable architectures.
• Assesses and reuses architecture patterns in the solution architecture and develops scalable multi-use architecture.

Required Technical/ Functional CompetenciesSolution Design

• Develops solution design strategies, makes decisions related to solution architecture design and implementation.
• Able to develops and implements solution design methodologies across the organization.

Emerging Technologies

• Develops emerging technology adoption strategies, makes decisions related to emerging technology architecture and design.
• Identifies and implements emerging technologies that optimize business value.

Architecture tools and frameworks

• Familiarity with industry tools and frameworks and ability to analyze and use them based on customer requirements.
• Work with SMEs to explore new tools and frameworks for implementation.

Architecture Concepts and Principles

• Provides architectural design and documentation at an application or function capability level.
• Participate in establishing and maintaining architecture standards and processes.
• Implement architectural patterns in solution and engagements.
• Produce architectural artefacts using industry standards tools.

Technology/Product Knowledge

• Implement code or configure/customize products and provide inputs in design and architecture.
• Create optimized code and review code for improvement opportunities.
• Analyze various frameworks/tools and work on medium to complex modules independently.

Proposal Design

• Good proficiency in proposal writing techniques, including structuring and formatting with understanding of the organizations products, services, and industry.
• Able to develop complete proposal with moderate complexity.
• Writes clear and persuasive proposal content while assisting in proposal editing and proof-reading.
• Collaborates effectively with subject matter experts and other team members.
• Can contribute to proposal strategy discussions.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

• In-depth understanding of requirement gathering and analysis concepts and terminology.
• Able to independently conduct complex analysis of requirements, such as identifying risks and trade-offs.
• Able to facilitate requirement gathering workshops and interviews and are skilled in creating and reviewing comprehensive requirement documents.

Proposal Defence

• Good understanding of the proposals content, goals, and strategy.
• Awareness of the organizations past proposal successes and failures.
• Participates in proposal defence meetings and presentations.
• Able to address questions and objections confidently and professionally.
• Collaborates with team members to prepare responses to potential issues and offers insights and suggestions to improve proposal defence strategies.
