Job Description

    As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial planning processes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.- Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports, including variance analysis.- Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate business scenarios and assess financial impact.- Partnering with business units to provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations.- Monitoring key performance indicators, tracking business performance trends, and providing actionable insights.- Collaborating with accounting, operations, and business leaders to ensure alignment in financial planning.- Presenting financial analysis and business insights to senior management and key stakeholders.- Driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external audit requirements.Qualifications & Skills required for this role include:- MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.- 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software.- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.- High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Preferred Attributes:- Exposure to business partnering or working directly with business leadership.- Experience in automation or optimization of financial reporting processes.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business environment.Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
