Job Description

Role Overview:As a Marketing Telecaller Executive at Dior Pharmaceuticals in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to clients, promoting pharmaceutical products, and maintaining customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Call existing and potential clients to promote products and take orders.- Maintain daily call records and update customer databases.- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for smooth communication.- Provide accurate information about products and offers.Qualification Required:- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Please note that the company offers a fixed day shift from 9 AM to 6 PM with Sundays off. The work environment is described as friendly and supportive.If you are planning to join Dior Pharmaceuticals, you should have a Bachelors degree (Preferred) and be able to reliably commute or relocate to Sohana, Mohali, Punjab before starting work.,
