**Job Description****Role Overview:**As a Branch Credit Manager at Midland Microfin Ltd (MML), you will be responsible for managing credit operations, assessing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This full-time hybrid role offers the flexibility to work partially from home and is based in Purnia.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage credit operations effectively- Assess credit risk and implement risk management strategies- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements- Utilize analytical skills for financial evaluation- Demonstrate a strong understanding of credit policies and procedures- Communicate with team members and stakeholders effectively**Qualification Required:**- Possess Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills- Showcase experience in Finance and Credit operations- Hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMidland Microfin Ltd (MML) is a pioneering Microfinance Institution dedicated to the Financial & Social Empowerment of Women.
