Youll work exclusively with warm leads who have already attended a demo class, build trust-based relationships, and convert interest into successful enrollments.Key Responsibilities1 Lead Engagement
    • Connect with 6570 highly qualified leads daily via calls and video consultations
    • Personalize conversations to understand learner needs and aspirations
    2 End-to-End Sales Ownership
    • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first interaction to final enrollment
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and strong conversion rates
    3 Consultative Selling
    • Conduct impactful 1:1 video counseling sessions
    • Address objections confidently and influence decision-makers effectively
    4 Revenue Achievement
    • Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets
    • Contribute directly to business growth
    5 Seamless Onboarding
    • Ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to program start
    • Maintain a high-quality customer experience
