Job Description

:Position: Sales and Business Development ManagerLocation: Raipur, Indore, Orissa & AhmedabadExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales. Prior experience in government projects and must be from street light pole industrial background.Salary: NegotiableIndustry: ManufacturingResponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with private sector clients and government entities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including government departments, contractors, and private sector firms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government liaisoning activities, including tender submissions, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Liaise with government officials, departments, and agencies to facilitate approvals, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders, proposals, and documentation to relevant government bodies.
  • Stay informed about government policies, projects, and procurement processes relevant to the iron industry.
  • Track and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the management team.
