JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Accomplish regional sales objectives - orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching & counseling sales executives assigned within the region. Communicate job expectations, plan/ monitor, review sales contribution/ compensation, and enforce policies & procedures. Achieve Regional Sales operational objectives - contribute regional sales information, recommend strategic plans and reviews, prepare / implement action plans, resolving problems, identifying sales trends, determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change. Maintain and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives Build and maintain rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities. Recommend promotional lines and identify new opportunities by surveying consumer needs, trends & track competitor products. Schedule sales calls to meet with current and potential customers, fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis. Develops action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular region and discussing issues with Reporting manager to help the organization achieve its sales goals. Identifies key stakeholders, health care professionals business issues that have greatest effect on use of company products by meeting with existing and potential customers to identify their health needs, goals and constraints related to Nutritional Healthcare. Strengthens customer relationships - Perform sales support activities (e.g. internal and external workshops, seminars, awareness programs, orientations, launches, and updates). Present products to CSAs, Distributors & Retailors. Persuading clients to buy our companys products there by meeting sales targets Keep records of sales and customers and reporting information back to head office about customer needs Building brand in zone, ensure brand growth as per market Develop metrics and reports to track and report, with high quality analyses, on the progress of defined sales targets, initiatives and ROI. Be flexible and nimble with direction change where necessary. Work with senior management to define and develop partner and referral strategies. Be responsible for lead generation activities and results and help organization continuously increase its contact rate and improve its conversion rate. Preparation of weekly & monthly report trackers and directly report to Marketing Head. DESIRED CANDIDATE: Male Candidate below 40 yrs of age Experienced candidate must have worked in the capacity of Sales Manager for at least 3- 5 years Sound understanding of FMCG products Strong domain knowledge and sales experience into various types of B2B sales, B2C sales etc Candidate must be Aggressive, Highly Motivated & Result Oriented Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills Excellent command over English & local language Knowledge in MS Office tools Ability to travel across identified regions as per business need. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Strong Customer Orientation and Service skills Meet and exceed defined marketing & sales targets.,
