Job description
• To achieve an overall improvement in maintenance system to get the best availability & reliability of the mines machines, plant utility machines, equipment & LMVs at optimal & sustainable cost within the budgetary provisions by improving standards of preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance with 100% safety standards compliance.
• Planning, scheduling & execution of maintenance activities to ensure effective operation of machine.
• Planning annual maintenance consumables & critical spares to minimize the machine break down under budgeted provisions
• Predictive maintenance needs to be strengthened by introducing corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability of machine.
• Planning for major sub-assemblies replacement, overhauling to improve the availability of the machine.
• Proper storage, handling & filling of fuel, lubes to ensure no contamination enters the system to reduce time& increase productivity.
• To enhance the knowledge team on safety at workplace of all the employees with the aim of zero harms & zero accident.
• Mine budgeting and effective cost control.
• To implement management improvement systems, SOPs & SMPs while adhering to safety standards and procedures with 100% statutory compliance as per applicable statutory provisions.
• Develop standards SOPs & SMPs to ensure reliability & efficiency of machine with follows safety standards & procedures.
