Ideal Candidate Profile
• Preferred : 0.6 4 years in Insurance or Banking Industry
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Graduate (mandatory)
• Local market knowledge preferred
• Field sales readiness
• Age 34 yr Max
• Preferably from Bancassurance or Banking with insurance as cross sales product.
• Can be look from NBCFs or Broking companies.
• Must not be a frequent job changer
• Must have a decent personality with good communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESService through relationship management
• Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base.
• Ensure retention of in his/her allocated Book of Relations (existing customer database).
• Act as single point of contact for customers for any customer query/complaint.
• Identify financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance.
• Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to customer
• Preferablelocal candidatefrom location mentioned.
• Candidate shall have to build strong relationship across the partner network.
• Candidate should be good in communication, Posses product knowledge of competition and Presentable
