Job Description

Dear Aspirant,We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the position ofCASA ACQUISITION MANAGER at Raipur.Designation: Acquisition Manager/ Premium Acquisition Manager - CASA (Sales)Grade: - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager( On the payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank ) basis experienceCTC:Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

  1. To acquire customers forCurrent Account, Savings AccountProducts of the bank, from a pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies and corporates
  2. To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers
  3. ToCross-sell TPP like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products etc.
  4. To retain customers through efficient customer service till three months of acquisition when accounts are handed over to RO
  5. Hardcore Sales Mentality. Primary Motivation from the Achievement of Targets. A Hunter by Orientation.
  6. Should be well-groomed and presentable with Ambassadorship Qualities

  • Understanding Customers Occupation and Needs
  • Introducing and Explaining Suitable Products
  • Resolving Converted Customers Queries / Concerns
  • Managing Database
Qualifications Required:
  • Graduateor Postgraduate (in any field)
Skills Required:
  • Selling skills with a clear focus on acquiring new CA/SA
  • Presentable and demonstrating basic etiquettes
  • Persuading skills
  • Fluent communication and a basic understanding of English
  • Maximum Age Limit - 29 yrs.
  • More than 1 year in current organization.
  • Only banking experience or Off-role Banking experience candidates are preferred.
  • Immediate joining will be preferred.
