1. Organize and coordinate as per dispatch schedule and ensure optimum production and plant availability from process side by controlling process parameters. 2. One year life of refractory plan/organize right selection of refractory & its installation through contractor to achieve one year life of refractory3. Monitor and review production of clinker of consistent quality to maintain brand image and improve customer satisfaction 4. Organize implementation of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 & WCM concept for working improvement in process control areas and also in respective team areas.5. Organize and ensure skill & competency development of people for working improvement in process control area.6. Plan and implement plant process improvement/ upgradations projects/ process parameters for new products, environment, safety, productivity, process control & quality 7. Co-processing of AFR8. Supervise / Line-2 Kiln, coal mill etc. process to meet production and quality targets. Identify abnormalities and create solution to prevent major problem. 9 Supervise raw mill & lime/coal reclaimer process to meet production and quality targets. 10 Supervise cement & slag grinding processes to meet production and quality targets. Ensure maintenance of equipment and safe guarding. , B.E (Chemical) / B.Tech (Chemical)
