Job Description

Job Objective:Achieve sales targets and build strong customer & dealer relationships within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets as per plan
• Appoint and manage project dealers
• Ensure timely payment collections
• Grow business through existing & new customers
• Build relationships with industries, government bodies, contractors, architects, and consultants
• Support dealers in closing orders
• Conduct promotional activities
• Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports
• Handle documentation of orders and sales
Key Skills:
• Knowledge of commercial & industrial lighting
• Strong B2B/B2G project sales experience
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
• Self-driven, willing to travel
