The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also be involved in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives to support the organizations goals and objectives.Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices Experience in recruitment and. talent acquisition Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field,
