The role focuses on field outreach, institutional partnerships, student engagement, and strengthening Apollo Knowledges presence across assigned regions.Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Field Engagement
• Conduct structured outreach in schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, NGOs, and training centers.
• Deliver presentations, career guidance sessions, and information workshops on Apollo Knowledge programs.
• Build long-term relationships with principals, placement officers, deans, and community networks.
1. Lead Generation & Enrolment Support
• Generate leads for TAU programs, AHA skilling courses, and global deployment pathways.
• Provide counselling and program guidance to students and parents.
• Manage follow-ups, conversions, and ensure enrolment targets are met.
1. Partnerships & Institutional Alliances
• Identify and onboard academic institutions, skill centers, and training partners.
• Establish collaborations with feeder institutions for nursing, allied health, engineering, and healthcare programs.
• Coordinate outreach MoUs and maintain partnership pipelines.
1. Event Planning & Representation
• Organize and participate in education fairs, job fairs, admission drives, mobilization camps, and campus events.
• Represent Apollo Knowledge at regional exhibitions, school/college fests, healthcare conclaves, and professional forums.
1. Marketing & Brand Visibility
• Support on-ground marketing campaigns, student engagement activities, and awareness drives.
• Distribute marketing collaterals, coordinate social media amplification for regional events, and gather local success stories.
• Provide inputs on regional trends to strengthen brand recall across key markets.
1. Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Track daily outreach activities, leads, conversions, and event performance.
• Provide insights on competitor offerings, market behaviour, and student preferences.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of outreach visits & engagements conducted
• Number of leads generated across Education / Skilling / Global Workforce verticals
• Lead-to-enrolment conversion percentage
• Number of institutional partnerships established
• Event participation outcomes & student footfall

Education & Experience
• Graduation in any discipline (Marketing, Education, Social Sciences, Healthcare preferred)
• 26 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, enrolments, or skilling mobilization
• Experience in healthcare, allied health, or university outreach is an added advantage
