Plant Manager Cement and ConcreteKey Responsibilities:Establish new concrete laboratory including setting up SOP and QC normsDevelop various mix designs, including high value and high performance concretesTest various concretes including fresh and hardened propertiesLaboratory and pilot production of concretes of various types through the use of supplementary materials.Pilot production of structural and non-structural grade concretes and products including selection and analysis of raw materials, process and analysisUse of cement in mortar and concrete, preparation of specimens, testing and analysis of mortar and concrete samples.Support to teams on testing and analysisCoordination with research laboratories in undertaking research and coordinationVisit various cement industries to understand their issues and provide customized solutions as and when neededDesired QualificationGraduate/Post Graduate in Civil, Cement, Materials, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Concrete Technology.Desired Work ExperienceAtleast 15 years of experience in a cement or concrete, or any allied industry with industrial work experience in QC/QA, research lab, plant operationsDesirable AttributesMust be proficient in English with excellent communication skills. Excellent knowledge and understanding of technology related businesses. Strong computer and software skills. Demonstrated experience to work independently and deliver performance.
