    Pahwa Group is looking for dynamic Sales Engineers at various locations in India. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Chemical), with 2-3 years of experience in Industrial capital equipment sales. The position would report to the Regional Team Leader.Key Responsibilities
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and grow business in the allocated territory
    • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
    • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence
    Required Experience
    • Hands-on experience in industrial products or capital equipment sales
    • Exposure to selling engineered solutions will be an added advantage
    • Desired Behavioural Competencies
    • High energy and result-oriented attitude
    • Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
    • Excellent communication skills in English and local language
    • Good negotiation and presentation skills
