Job Description

    1. To enroll new students atUNIVERSITYby responding to all prospective parent inquiries and ensuring an efficient and proactive
    2. Follow-up of leads, ensuring the admissions into the UNIVERSITY meet expectations of the business plan of the UNIVERSITY.
    3. Acting as a first point of contact for Admissions, from inquiry through to enrolment.
    4. To design and manage a wow walk-in experience for parents and children when they first visit the university as prospective parents.
    5. Documenting and responsible for the visit management, recording of accurate information, and liaison with key members of staff. Responsible to produce timely, accurate, and high-quality data - Data to support continuous analysis. Knowledge of Customer Management. - Knowledge of the various systems of UNIVERSITY.
    6. Education Experience:-Minimum 5 years working in a sales or service delivery sector Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills and an affinity for interacting withdiverse nationalities and cultures-Strong Leadership SkillsExperience Team Management Experience of having worked within a service, education sector experience preferable Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
