Responsibilities : - Developing cost standards for materials and labour.- Designing and implementing cost accounting systems.- Analysing production costs and recommending changes- Managing inventory and associated costs. Desirable : - Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written).- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with attention to detail within the deadlines.- Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, systems and procedures. Education & Experience: MBA finance/ certified Cost Accountant with Minimum 3 years of experience with FMCG Companies. Travel As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
