Sourcing ManagerLocations: Bangalore & RaipurBudget: Rs 10-13 LPAExperience -8 YearsQualifications: Graduate or BE (Civil / Mechanical, Metallurgy) /MBA (Preferred)Experience Required
• 8 years of business development, account management and Team management experience in B2B environment
• Atleast 5 years of proven experience in purchase/ procurement in one or more industries/ market/ commodity segments such as EPC, Manufacturers, OEMs, Automotive, Building materials
• Experience with MSME steel procurement enquiries
• Steel raw materials handled
• Lead implementation and execution of procurement processes with existing and new vendors/ partners
• Develop detailed sourcing strategy and category plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Embrace change, utilize and champion new & existing digital tools and portals applicable to the role.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent steel supply.
• Lead negotiations to achieve the best possible pricing, payment terms, and cost efficiencies through volume aggregation and strategic partnerships
