Job Title: Branch Sales Manager - Individual Contributor (Women Empowerment Hiring Initiative)Vertical: Home Loan / Loan Against PropertyCTC:Experienced Candidates (2-4 years): Up to 5 LPA IncentivesFreshers (MBA/Bachelors Graduates): Starting from 2.5 LPA IncentivesAbout the Role:As part of our Women Empowerment & Diversity Hiring Initiative, we are looking for energetic, motivated, and career-focused women professionals to join our all-women sales team. This is an individual contributor role focused on customer acquisition and loan disbursals through DSA sourcing and open market channels. You will be aligned to Home Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical based on your profile and preference.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new customers through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks and open market sourcing.Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, DSTs, and market connectors to generate business.Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.Coordinate closely with credit and operations teams to ensure quick processing and disbursal of loans. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.Provide ongoing support to customers post-disbursal. Share market trends and competitor intelligence with the internal team.Who Can Apply:Experienced Professionals: 2- 4 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI or loan products. Experience in DSA sourcing or channel sales is a strong advantage.Demonstrated career stability and consistent performance. Fresh Graduates (MBA or Bachelors): Passionate about building a career in sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
